Vienna-last dinner

Why am I posting about our last dinner in Vienna.....because Max declared it his favorite meal so far.  It was a great restaurant that elevated the classics.  Max started off with potato truffle soup and then moved on to beet and goose liver salad.  I too had the soup, which was the best soup I've ever had!!!!!!  I had the Viennese fried chicken and Ben had the veal schnitzel.  We then had fried cheese dumplings with fresh apricot preserves and a cheese platter.  We're just gearing up for France!
